I have endured many years of frustration, stress and financial damage to my ceilings, closets, rugs, wood, and other parts of my house. This being due to the initial roof installation that was not watertight due to the damage my roof incurred during hurricane Wilma, because of DEK's irresponsibility not tying down or installing the tiles that laid loose on my roof during the hurricane. Unfortunately, I began to have water damage immediately after the installation of my new roof. I have never been happy or satisfied with DEK roofing and Kenny, the salesman and manager for repairs. I made numerous calls and received numerous promises without results. He was great until he made the sale! Please see the enclosed picture that I took recently when having my roof repaired properly by another company. You'll even notice trash and broken tiles that were left under the new tiles when repairs were made. Cement weep holes on the tiles were covered with tar not allowing the water to drain. This caused water to back up with nowhere to go causing deterioration to my stucco and wood causing damage and leakage in my closet ceilings for the third time. Even material like 30lb roofing material was bulled on top of the pre-existing roofing material- leaving water to get under and pool. Who does work like this?

The most important thing is they showed up when they said they would, they performed the work just as described and just as listed in their proposal. Permits were pulled, inspections completed and work done on time, extremely clean and carefully. Protected the property from damage and cleaned up after themselves. They were accessible at all times, explained the process and handled cleaning of their work on a daily basis. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend them highly. Replace the rotten wood, install new paper (set in tar) and new white 3 x 3 metal. They guaranteed it for one year. Within 4 months, I began to have leaks in several places. I called them, they came back and said my whole flat roof needed to be replace. (which was only 3 years old) Why did they tell me this before they started the job? And why are other roofers recommending another repair.

VERY professional and knowledgeable. They know, really know what they are doing and will not overcharge you like so many other companies do. They put in a new skylight and did some additional work and to this day, a year later, NO LEAKING. They fixed it.

This company really made a huge difference in how I view contractors. They were willing to take off the insurance deductible from their bid. I paid for the job when they were finished to my satisfaction and not before then. They also protected my yard by placing tarps around the house to protect the plants and to catch loose nails and shingle bits. Since the job took longer than one day to complete, the site was picked up and cleaned each day before the company left. They also told me that it was my right as a homeowner to request they do this, although most other companies may not volunteer this information to you.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR ROOF. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AS WAS THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY ALSO DID A NICE JOB ON ALL THE CLEAN UP.

THIS COMPANY CAME TO REPLACE THE FASCIA BOARDS AND DID SOME PATCH WORK ON THE ROOF FOR US. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I RECOMMEND THEM.

AFTER THEY CAME OUT TO FIX THE ROOF, OURS WAS THE ONLY ONE ON OUR BLOCK TO STAND UP TO THE HURRICANE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AND RECOMMEND THEM IN THE FUTURE.
