MY NEW ROOF IS WONDERFUL AND THE ADDITIONAL RIDGE VENTS SHOULD BE HELPFUL. THEY WERE TERRIFIC ABOUT EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHAT THEIR INSPECTION REVEALED. THE OPEN COMMUNICATION MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

IT TOOK THEM NINE MONTHS TO COME OUT AND FIX THE ROOF. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ONCE THEY DID GET THERE. THEY WERE NOT VERY TIDY. I HAD TO HAVE THEM GO AND PICK UP THE NAILS AND OTHER DEBRIS FROM THE ROOF.
