Sam is honest, involved and responsive. The quality of the work was excellent. This is the best contractor I have found since moving to South Florida in 2003. I would recommend Sam and his colleagues without reservation.

Sam, Took my paper work to the town and charged $750.00 . That was it! I would love to have a job like that , for that kind of money. Then he said, he should have gotten more !
