It took a while but they managed to get the outlets working and in addition installed a junction box in the crawl space under the stairs which the original builder had left exposed.

The installation was timely and the results were excellent in every regard. I like him and his work and would surely call him again for services.

The service was done perfectly. I found the company very easy to deal with, and they were on time. The work he did was very clean, and when he was finished I couldn't even tell he had been there. i will definitely hire them again for my next project.

We had several electricians come to the house to give estimates and we were very impressed by Joey.  His price was very fair, he showed up on time, and always stayed in contact with us.  Originally we were doing the project as an owner/builder but due to time constraints eventually hired a contractor to complete the project - one of our stipulations what that they allowed us to use Custom Electrical Solutions instead of having their own subcontractor come in.  In addition to his great work there were two things about Joey that we especially liked.  One was his neatness and organization in the installation of the wiring, which I found to be very impressive.  The second was that when there was an unexpected cost he first asked us, in writing, with an exact cost of the additional work that needed to be performed.  It was a pleasure using Custom Electrical Solutions and would most definitely hire him again.

Overall, Custom Electrical Solutions exceeded my expectations. Aside from giving me a great price and full explanation as to why I need to replace my electrical panel in order to protect my family from electrical fire hazards, he was very professional, spoke clearly and genuinely sweet. Day of installation: He arrived on time as promised, well groomed, dressed cleanly, confirmed my appointment the day of & advised that I would be without power ahead of time in order for me to plan accordingly (i.e.) cooking, laundry, etc. Upon arrival I expressed my concerns with tracking dirt in my home and Joey assured me after he leaves no one will know that he was there. He swept and vacuumed the areas in which he worked in. From start to finish joey was courtesy and communicated very effectively. I never once had to question "where did he go?" I have had contractors show up and then disappear only to return the next day. NOT WITH THIS company. When it was time for lunch, Joey excused himself and asked if I needed anything while he was out. He didn't play music while working. Day after installation: I received a phone call asking if my expectations were met and if I needed any further explanation to the work done in my home. I will definitely use them again for ALL/ANY of my electrical servicing.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. He knew what he was doing and his pricing was reasonable. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.
