The service department was very responsive, they had a technician here within hours. He was able to fix the issue and got my ac back up and running pretty quickly. They were very professional and courteous.

We were referred to Cusano Air and we are so glad we called them. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The tech, Andy, who helped us was prompt and thorough and explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done before he performed the work.

AIR TIME WAS TERRIBLE, WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE! THE SERVICE MAN LEFT CIGARETTE BUTTS ALL OVER MY LAWN AND INSIDE MY OUTSIDE UNIT. HE LEFT MY GARDEN HOSE ON AND WATER RUNNING. HE LEFT TRACKS EVERYWHERE, LEFT SOME SCREWS OUT OF MY UNIT, IT WAS NOT GOOD.
