CPM FLOORING LLC

I hired CPM Flooring, represented by Pablo Colacurcio, to do tile installation in my two bedrooms of my condominium apartment. We agreed on a price. I would pay for the materials. I filed an application, with my Condo Association, for a work permit toward the end of May. At that point I gave Pablo a $100 (one hundred) deposit. I wanted to set July 1st as the date to start work, knowing that the Condo Board can take up to thirty days to give an approval. Pablo did not want to set the date, saying that I should get approval first. The approval came on June 25th. I called Pablo immediately upon getting the approval. He answered immediately, and after he told me that he will be busy in the week of July 1st, I asked him if he can start on July 8th. He agreed, that July 8th is OK. However, when I told him that I want to buy tile and underlayment in Home Depot, as Home Depot gave me a $75 discount, he started to mumble that he will bring the underlayment from his supplier. I told him, that he bring the underlayment from his supplier only if he can match the Home Depot price. He told me, that he will call me. He has not called, and he is not responding to numerous text messages, calls, voice messages and emails. Thus Pablo, and CPM flooring, has proven himself totally unreliable. He used to answer any and text, calls immediately. Not for the last few days. This behavior is totally inexcusable.. I will take this to the Beter Business Bureau and Small Claims Court.
