I'm not wild about them. I would not recommend them. I pay about $140 monthly. They have to straighten out their pricing. They're too expensive. The pricing keeps going up and up and up. They've been good at servicing if you give them a call or need something. The cable does go out from time to time. They will come out if something is wrong with the cable. They do come when they say.

The first technician to arrive informed me, upon arrival, that he could not do the installation because the COX hard wiring folks had not yet dropped cable from the street to my house. This should have been done already. And this should have been told to me when I arranged for the installer to arrive. The second technician was horribly incompetent. He literally could not identify the appropriate outlet to plug the cable box into. He took several hours for a job that should have been simple. He even admitted that it had been "years" since he had last done an installation. And in the end, I had to complain to COX because they double charged me for the installation.

I have been with them for two and half years. They are professional about everything and they show up on time. I am happy with their services. I think inertia has caused me to be with them for so long!
