We are selling our house and the buyer's bank ordered a water test (3 days before the scheduled closing) on our well water system. Scott Bednar came out and drew the water for the test. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had the test rushed through the lab to try to get it done in time for the closing. Unfortunately, bacteria was found in the water and the closing was delayed. Scott came back out first thing the next morning and cleaned out the system making necessary repairs to the well. He then instructed us how to follow through with the system clearing. He returned first thing next business day, took another sample and rushed that one through as well. Later in the day, we started having an issue with the well pump. Scott came back a couple of hours later and fixed that as well, waiving the service call charge. The water tested perfectly the following day and Courtesy Water immediately sent the results to the bank. Other than the $185 charge (X 2 tests--not included in above price)by the lab (not affiliated with Courtesy Water), the cost and service were extremely reasonable. Wonderfully run family business! This company attempted to repair my water softener. They installed old and outdated equipment and had to keep coming back to fix the issue. (2 additional times). The last time they came out, they left it in regeneration mode which had water continuously running in my yard, causing it to flood. When I called to let them know of their mistake, they refused to come out and fix the problem. I ultimately had to hire a new person to come out and fix the problem. He told me that none of the parts in my unit were new. This unit was installed in approximately 2008, but the parts used by Courtesy Water were from 1993. I was very disappointed with the quality of service of this company.

Called Scott and he came the next morning and did the repair. Had a minor problem that was not his fault. Scott came back the next day and made repair.

I have been using them for 20 years. If you ever have any problem, they will come out to see what the problem is. This company is family-operated. They are an extremely nice family. They are great to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

What a great experience. The plumber who does my inside work suggested this company. They've been in business for nearly 40 years. They have those important characteristics -- knowledge, skills to apply that knowledge, integrity, take the time to explain what they've done and how the system operates. This is a company that i completely trust. That's saying something these days. Scott is an absolutely kind person.

I've been using them from last December. They are very responsive and I think they are the only ones who were honest enough to know what we needed. They are not the cheapest but what inspires me is their trustful ability. They do a good job. They are so far so good so I would be using them.
