+ 1 moreI hired Tom to fix a rotted doorway at the back of my house. Tom showed up when promised, protected all my personal possessions in the area, cleaned throughout the day and finished the job on schedule. The work Tom and his team exceeded all my expectations. I liked the work so much that I hired Tom to fix some old columns on the front of my house. Tom's price was exactly what he quoted for both projects. I liked his work so much that I've asked for a quote to do some bathroom remolding.
Description of Work: Corley Construction was hired to fix a rotted section of the house and repair some columns on the front of the house.

+ 0 moreI am still interacting with them. They were the only ones that turned up on time and did what they said they were going to do. They were not very responsive as they said they didn't know when I asked something and would get back to me and didn't get back eventually.

+ 3 moreThe project progressed flawlessly from its beginning in November until it completion last week (6 months). Over the weekend I started to move in. There is no punch list for Mr. Corley, the general contractor. Not only is his work well done but also he offers assistance with decorating that makes sense and looks good.
Description of Work: I did a total renovation, a 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom apartment. The bathrooms and the kitchen were torn down to the framing. All windows were replaced. A laundry was added. Apartment was completely re-painted.
