It was very well, very quick and no problems. They finished the job for 8 hours and it worked properly.

They were very clean and responsible. they followed up to make sure I was pleased. The AC is working fantastic.

They always come out when I need them, even if it's the weekend, late at night. When they come out, they are extremely professional. They take pictures of the problem, show me what is wrong, give me a quote and then let me decide if I want them to move forward or not. Everything always ends up working great and they are the most trustworthy company that I have ever dealt with. Their pricing is very fair and I wished I could give them an A+

We came across the company via google because we were concerned with respect to the pricing we received from a previous supplier. I called and spoke to customer service rep. Al and he was very polite, and accommodating . He was efficient and organized my Job immediately . The ac engineer arrived early to the site and immediately began working to install the unit I ordered. I recommend Cool Air for their professionalism, and the company’s can do attitude. My husband and I are completely satisfied with their services and have already provided their info to others in our family who asked. Cool Air USA is my go-to A/C company for both my home and business, and has been for many years. Being in sunny South Florida, it's important to have a reliable and trustworthy A/C company. At my home, I have them do a coil cleaning once a year, and at my business (2 locations), they do preventative maintenance on a total of 4 units. Of course, every now and then, I call them when there's a breakdown or one of the units isn't cooling properly, and they're always there usually same day but, worst case, the following morning if it's a late call or they're super busy (on very hot days that's totally understandable considering many others are probably facing issues as A/C units are getting maxed out). All of their techs are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and their customer support is outstanding...they even call you a day before your scheduled service call to remind you that they'll be showing up the following day at so and so time. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, they're pricing is very competitive. I must've gone through 4 or 5 different A/C companies over the past 6 years or so, and all of them were either price gouging me (especially on those break-fix calls), were not punctual, horrible at communicating or just plain rude. Similar to plumbing companies, when you find a good A/C company down here you stick with them, and Cool Air USA has yet to screw me in any way...which is nothing short of amazing in this sunny place fool of shady people!!

It was a new installation, they did all the area calculations , checked my attic insulation and did everything like pros. I highly recommend on them!!

It's normally $15 for every vent and I have seven of them, but they comped my service since I got the new system installed with them.

They had a promotion so I got a 3.5 air conditioning system and it's already saving us money on our light bill. We usually pay $300 a month but now we are paying less than $200 per month.

We called them because we had a problem with out condenser and it became a major problem.  I wouldn't recommend them for anybody.  I spent $6,500 and seventeen days later my air conditioner was finally replaced.  It was seventeen days; it was in August.  It was like two years ago and I had no A/C in Miami for seventeen days. I finally called the owner of the company; I got his home number; my neighbor is a Major with the police department. I got the guy's home number and called him at 5:00 in the morning on a Sunday when I woke up sweating.  Let's just say I let him know he's either gonna fix my air conditioning or I'm gonna beat his brains out.  They had to come replace the whole thing.  That's $6,500 out of pocket, seventeen days later, and I was sweating like a farm animal.  Considering he replaced the whole unit, that would be about what a whole unit costs, so that's about normal.  They kept misdiagnosing it.  They'd come out and, oh, it's this - $2,000 check -  oh, it's that - $1,500 check.  Seventeen days later still not working; yeah, in August in Miami, and it's 90 degrees.  That's part of the reason why I went on Angie's List, I got them off of flier, like an advertisement.  I'll never use them again; they were horrible.  I think I freaked out the owner when I called him at home.  He couldn't believe I got his home number.  I gave them an F overall because it took multiple, multiple, multiple times for them to come out and finally get it right.  I had to threaten them with death and a lawsuit.  It was a different person every time they came out, and the finally said we're gonna send our best technician.  When he got there I showed him all the service orders.  One time they said it was the evaporator in the fan, the next service call was oh, the evaporator fan was installed backwards, so it was actually blowing the air backwards.  And then they said oh, well then your compressor's bad.  I was like well yeah, you just wired my evaporator backwards; I'm pretty sure the heat made it go bad.  The house is like ten years old and I have a brand new A/C, so they were the first people I used for that.  I did get a painting contractor about three, four years ago.  He won't be listed, I promise you; he's in prison right now.  That's the reason - I had a couple of horrible experiences and that's why I signed up for Angie's List, to get good feedback before I hire anyone again.  South Florida is notorious for cra**y contractors.
