Computer Repair
Had this store install two additional hard drives. Store rep was going to charge an additional $60 for a card slot. I called computer manufacturer who said no additional card was required. When told, store rep said they had failed to see the additional slot. Work was performed adequately, but I would have been charged double unnecessarily had I not verified need for the additional expense.

THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH LOUSY SERVICE. THEY'RE PRICES ARE TOO MUCH. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER AND THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE WARRANTY. I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN.
