If I had a better choice, I wouldn't use them again. They could probably have better communication. The reps are polite. It's hard to get an answer to your question. I wouldn't refer them to a family member or a friend.

If your looking for a provider that increases your bill every month for a 3 month promo that expired and to get charged $100 to have a technician come out to fix faulty equipment then comcast is for you. They are extremely over priced, their advertised high internet speed is dependent on how many other people are using it in our area so it's not fast at all. Constant nickel and diming you. Pretty much dropping them once verizon gets their act together over here.

I have been with them for the last 15 years. The cable TV is very good and the internet is sometimes shaky. They change channels periodically which are unavailable to the subscriber, but let me know in advance. I will continue to use them in the future.
