I contacted Eric and Dave to submit a bid for a large hangar renovation project ($3-4M project) and had been following up with them every few weeks for status updates. I was very clear that the bid needed to be received by April 4th, and they had 2 mo. to put the bid together. They had assured me that they were working on the bid and that it would be done on time. Little did I know that they had given the bid to someone outside of their company named Alain, and that they were not working on the bid themselves. Well today, April 2nd, I reached out again to make sure that the bid would be done on time, and Eric responded that the person that was supposed to be working on the bid “dropped the ball” and hadn’t done anything with it. They never followed up with me or the person who was supposedly working on the bid. I never contacted this Alain person, but rather had asked Coastal directly to submit the bid. I would never recommend this joke of a company to anyone for any type of project.

Not a pleasant experience. Disrespectful. The only job done and finished was in the front of the house.
