Description of Work: THE ESTIMATE WAS FOR $50.00...NOTHING SPENT. NO SERVICES WERE PERFORMED...THE STORE KEPT MY TOASTER OVEN FOR 7 MONTHS, AND AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO THEM, AND FALSE PROMISES, I FINALLY PICKED UPTHE ITEM ALONG WITH MY $20. DEPOSIT. WHILE IN THE STORE ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS, THERE WERE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THESE PEOPLE. BY THE WAY, MY TOASTEROVEN WAS MADE BY DELONGHI.
