It went very well. Once started the work was done very good and the rest of the house was kept clean . The workers kept us informed of what was going on . Very satisfied with the job

Cinergy came out within 1 hour of us calling to start the process so we had less damage because process was started immediately. Estimators were on time as well as project manager and workers on a daily basis until all work was completed. Workers were all extremely nice and knew what they were doing. We gave them some extra money because they put our home office back together completely within 3 days. Insurance company came out to inspect work and everything was approved. We are in the real estate business and have referred clients who needed similar kind of work done and they were all very satisfied as we were. No question that you should call the owner Alex if needed.

It took longer than anticipated but that wasn't due to the contractor. When the money provided to me for living expenses from my homeowner's insurance ran out, Cinergy picked up paying my rent until the work was finished. They went above and beyond when it came to the restoration of my house. It's beautiful! The craftsman ship is excellent. I'm very happy.

They were great and did an amazing job.I spent about $200. I've never had work like that done before but I think it was reasonable because they had to do so much work with sealing the wall and removing the mold and making sure it doesn't come back.

It is a pleasure to write this review.
From the very first phone call. I knew my problem was in good hands. Alex came to the house on the very same day I called. Not only did he address the problem of fungus which was listed on the home inspection, he also showed me where there was mold growing throughout my attic AND garage, something that had been overlooked by the home inspector.
My problem was found while selling my home. It was critical to get the problem resolved before I would be able to close on my house as well as my new home. Within a matter of days, my problem was corrected, I received documentation to provide to my buyer, and my house was free of mold and fungi. I no longer have to worry about whether I will be able to close on my home and am able to sign over my house to the new owner in good condition.
Every single person, from Juan in the office to Alex who inspected and to Juan who did the actual work in the attic: all were knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
If I could give this company an A+++, I would.
