Home Security System Service
The salesperson, Jerry, showed up on time to access our needs and give us a price. He gave us information about the company and certain features that were appealing to us. One thing that left a less than favorable impression was that it wasn't until we showed a little apprehension about the price that he said they were running a "special" and that we could have six window detectors for free. It made us feel like if we had immediately accepted the price, we would have paid $350.00 more.
The installation process was more favorable. Aaron and Winston arrived on time, seemed very knowledgeable and did a good job with the install and explaining how to use the system. Our salesperson had told us that the smoke detectors already in the house could be used and wired to the system, however, Aaron said that was not the case, and that we would need to purchase one if we wanted that feature. We trusted his advice and bought one for $125.00 more.
We had a mixed experience with this company - happier with the install process than the sales process.
