My name is Brad Parker and I am a Realtor at Century 21 Hansen in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Century 21 Hansen was established in 1977 and is owned and operated by the Hansen family. Christine Hansen is currently the Broker/Owner. Our company has 4 real estate divisions - Fine Homes & Estates, Residential, Commerical, and Rentals - to cover all aspects of real estate! I pride myself on offering high quality and professional services to all my clients. Promised to reimburse us for a home inspection that was booked for 1:0pm on 2/3/16.  At 11:15am the real estate agent namely David Pickering called us to say the home we signed a sales contract for on 2/2/16 was not available.  He agreed to reimburse us for inspection fee.  After placing countless calls which went to voice mail and sending numerous emails we received a check for $300 and not the $590 which we paid.  We were apparently misled and never hard from agent again.  Really professional.  Would never recommend.
