THE AGENT WAS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.ON THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE (CLOSING) THE AGENT ACTUALLY DID THE WALK THRU OF MY NEW HOME WITHOUT ME ,,,,,,,WHICH I BELIEVE IS ILLEGAL..IM REPORTING  NOT ONLY THE AGENT  BUT THE AGENCY ITS SELF TO THE NATIONAL ASSOC.OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS..THE AGENCY DID NOTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD...HERE 'S AN EXAMPLE,,,THEY SAID THE WOULD CONTACT THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND HAVE MY NAME ADDED TO THE DIGITAL RESIDENT MENU AT  THE LOBBY ENTRANCE,IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE...AND WHEN I HAVE GUESTS  I MUST GO DOWN TO THE LOBBY TO LET THEM IN ,,WHEN I TRIED TOO CALL THE AGENT HES EITHER NOT IN OR NEVER CALLS ME BACK...IN FACT I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE AGENT OR AGENCY SINCE THE DAY OF CLOSING ,,DONT NOT USE THEM  ,THEY ARE THE ALL-TIME WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ...
