Caribbean Cruise Line

We booked this weekend cruise and it was supposed to be a free cruise which required a deposit for port fees. They were supposed to send us the cruise papers in the mail and we never got them. A week before we were supposed to leave I called them and they said it’s too close to sailing time to send those out. They then sent us to a visitor center in Ft. Lauderdale to go pick up the paper work, which was a 100 miles round trip. When we got there and they said they did not have the papers and it was at another address. Once we finally arrived at the correct place we had to sit through a grueling sales pitch for time shares and then another sales pitch for travel club. So after hours of grueling sales pitches they finally give our cruise papers. We get to the cruise ship and our room was so small, about the size of a closet. We could barely open our suitcases, it was that small. The room had a double cot, not even a bed. After getting on the cruise ship we finally got to the Bahamas. There was no transportation, even though they said it’d be provided. It was $17 a head for the transportation. There was nothing in the town we visited. The whole experience was awful!
