BULLET EXTERMINATORS

This company will do the least amount of work possible and creates ZERO relationship with you as a customer. I was introduced to them through another company called UNIserve. BULLET (the sub-contractor) was supposed to come out quarterly to service my home and do extermination. First...I had to set-up the appt with Bullet Exterminators since after the 1st month of service went by without anyone calling me. They had no idea how to pick up the phone and say, "Welcome, new customer. We want to service your home and set-up an appt." Once I set up the appt, I put it on my calendar and waited. They were supposed to come out to the home and do the inside and outside of the home on the 1st visit. I wanted to be there for the first visit to explain what and where it was necessary since we were having insect problems (I explained all of this on the phone to them when making the appt). We had just moved into the home and we had a handyman who I trusted in the home doing some work. Bullet was late for the 1st appt and I needed to run an errand 5 minutes from the home. I told him that if they showed up to have them call me before they began so I could talk about what kind of pesticides were being used and talk about a plan of extermination. Of course when I was out on my errand they showed up. The handyman told them to call me before they began since I was out and wanted to be there. The BULLET employee lied and said they had called me, began spraying and left before I returned. I WAS LIVID that a stranger was walking around my home without me being present and I wasn't able to relay any communication of insect problems. All of the other quarterly visits I had to remind them that they were weeks late on returning for the quarterly extermination visit and Bullet would show up unannounced to spray only the perimeter of the yard. Since I have a locked backyard I needed to be home to let them in to spray in the backyard. Of course setting up an appt was trying to get an appt with the Pope. Clearly I was not going to renew with them. The kicker came today...I got my first call from them asking me if I wanted to sign a new contract with them since my yearly contract with UNIserve was up. I told them unequivocally, "No thank you!" Clearly they only want the account/MONEY. They have no interest in caring about you as a customer.
