Buckley was recommended by my PGT window installer for the replacement of doors and windows in our 4th floor Condo. My regular installer does not have the high-rise license needed for buildings over three stories and happily referred them. Robbie came out quickly and provided the most competitive estimate of the three bids I solicited. The other bids were from lesser known companies that use cheaper brands of impact windows. Having renovated many properties, PGT and CGI are the best products to use. The job was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. After sales follow up and support was superb. I don't understand the reviewers who speak of bad customer service. It was not my experience throughout the whole process with Buckley. I would highly recommend them above others.

Rob who signs you up was nice. The son Ryan called the day the dad was supposed to measure windows and said the dad would not be there for awhile. We took off work to have him come. When we called back to see when he was coming the son Ryan yelled at us and told us dad had an emergency would be there when he could. Dad came finally and laughed at how rude son was to us. Workers came on day expected and couldn't speak English AT ALL. Came late. Didn't have all the windows. Called mother at company and she and younger lady were super rude. Said if I couldn't have the windows completed in two days then she was going to call workers and cancel whole job. I had verified over 5 times with Rob that I had one day for installation and it was not problem per him. This old woman was horrible /rude...whole family is! I had to beg them to send someone else with the missing window so that the workers that were here did not have to waste time going to get it. The workers left broken glass/pieces of windows ruined my two cat beds by getting glass all over them. I am still picking up broken glass in my backyard. When I complained and said I wanted money taken off my bill for all this disaster and rudeness and mess the dad emailed me a super nasty email, used the f word and told me to pay now. They want you to pay prior to the final inspection. BEWARE!!!! The whole family are jerks and the people who install make a mess of your home. They are late, don't guarantee what they promise and don't care if they leave a mess or damage things. Asked for money back for mess and they only reimbursed me for two cat beds I am having to continue to clean up the broken glass etc I am finding.

-didn't appear when scheduled - no attempts made to contact homeowner to reschedule - homeowner had to contact them several times as to why they didn't show up and reschedule. Company was at residence several times. initial installation, then installing what was incorrectly ordered, then installing doors, then making appointments to repair damage - only having to reschedule over and over to finally have someone come to the residence to finalize repairs (over a period of a month)
-crew attempted to use "old" window frames, then when confronted about it, crew argued about it - company finally used new frames
-didn't appear with proper materials for job causing multiple delays
-installed door that was defective and took several weeks to replace parts -damaged weather trim in door and took several weeks following several calls to have damage caused by staff to be repaired
-improper installation of door knob - company used long, tapcons to secure door handle causing damage to door handle which had to be replaced
-lost alarm sensor and would not return calls re replacement of same
-attempted to collect final payment prior to completion of job (very unprofessional)
The left hand of this company does not know what the right had is doing.

The company did not provide timely service and failed to answer my questions and requests as we went along. My neighborhood requires extra construction approval besides the basic permitting. When I called the office to inquire why the preliminary steps weren't started, I was told by the owner he was too busy with an important project to give me time.
Because they did not file for permits in a timely manner, the job, which was to be 6 weeks start to finish, ran over 3 months from the day the contract was signed.
My phone calls for information and status had to be made numerous times and to multiple individuals to finally get answers to my questions.
That is the unfortunate part because the installation by the work crew went relatively smoothly. Plus since I ordered PGT Windows and Doors, I expected the quality of the actual product to be very good, which it is.
The issue here is the lack of response and customer service this company provides. What they fail to realize is a $14,000 job is a lot of money and their professionalism is lacking in this regard.

They are reasonable. My experience with them went very smoothly. It went very fast. I didn't have any problems. It's a beautiful look, it all came out better than I even expected or thought it would. I would recommend them without reservation. They deliver what they promise. Even the inspector who came here said, "You have a good company, and you don't have to worry.". They are ethical, topnotch, and deliver what they promise to you on time at a fair price.

I enter into contract for the replacement of four doors and one large picture window with hurricane impact products. The contract was signed on July 12, 2012 and installation was performed in the middle of October 2012.
When the last inspection was done, the inspector suggested I call the company back and get one door re adjusted. I called the company and they showed after the second appointment was schedule. The first appointment was cancelled by the company due to another job. Once they showed to fix the problem the inspector suggested, the work was performed to code and no other problems with that door. I was satisfied with the job performed by the company.
Now seven (7) month later, I have a problem with another door that was installed by the company.
Recently I placed phone calls to the office number with concerns of one of the doors. I called on 5/13/2013 at 3:10 pm and was told that I would be called in the morning to set up appointment. On 5/15 I called again at 10:21 am and was told and quot;someone will call me when they are in the areaand quot;.
To date no one has called me back yet.
My total contract was for almost $11,000 which I paid in full when the job at completed in October.
I believe based not only on the amount of the contract but also on the integrity of the company that at least I should get someone to come out and look at the door. The door is sticking and it seems to be buckling on the side.
I made the decision to go with this company based on recommendations and status.
At this time, I am waiting for someone in the company to call me in order to resolve the problem with the door.
UPDATE: Willie looked at the door and took pictures which he submitted to the company. He made a telephone call to the company stating the problem he saw with the door. He also informed me that I would get a phone call the following Tuesday, since Monday was a holiday. On Tuesday May 28 @ 11:34 am, I received a called from the company informing me that a new door was ordered and it would be several weeks before they can replace the door. So far the company has delivered on their promises and I look forward to my new door in a few weeks.

Their price was very close to others. Nobody likes high prices, so I don't know how to rate that. The product itself was very good. They had to change their appointments a couple of times. The office wasn't quick with their responses.

THEY WERE SATISFACTORY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME and GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY LEFT A HOLE UNDERNEATH ONE OF THE DOORS and IT LET A LOT OF WATER IN MY HOUSE. THEY WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
