I had interviewed at least 4 flooring companies before searching on Angie's List. I found Mike on the list. What impressed me when I read the reviews on him was that all three people who had posted him on Angie's List had gotten Mike's name as a referral and were so pleased that they posted extremely favorable reports. I called Mike and was very impressed with his professionalism. I was very nervous as I was contemplating flooring for my living room, dining room and two bedrooms. It was a huge investment for me. He made an appointment, showed up on time and measured, drew up plans and gave me a complete price for all work to be done. Something the other companies did not do. Mike and his wife, Mary Jo were very patient. After agonizing for about a week, I made a selection. Mike set up delivery of the laminate flooring and installation, all at my convenience. The installer, Ellick and his assistant were great. They were on time, professional and very helpful. They installed the laminate flooring as well as baseboards. They were meticulous. Also, Mike came by on the first day to make sure all was going well, and came by again after the job was finished to make sure that I was satisfied. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. This is a perfect example of not choosing the lowest price. You get what you pay for, and I am more than thrilled with the result. Everyone who comes into my home remarks on how it looks like a brand new house. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for flooring.

They were very patient with me to make my selection and let me take samples many times. I was extremely pleased with the Mike Sr. and his help. They even fixed problems in other rooms of the house and added the hallway for free just because the owner wanted to ensure that it all looks great and he was right. I could not have been happier with everything and the service. Nice and trustworthy gentlemen.

From start to finish, they were helpful in picking the right tile, and the installer was a craftsman. If there was a problem, he was able to correct it. It took about a week to do the whole job. I would highly recommend them for a job well done.
