Broward County fence are the company to choose when you need a fence repair, i called on Thursday, estimate was giving over the phone, a day after Ismael the tech was showing up and in 2 hours job was done, he replaced the top rail of my chain link fence and did a great job, price was fair, service was fast, just to mentioned i called 5 other companies but i guess if its not big $$$ by replacing the fence they dont even send you the quote, Im still waiting from 2 companies to send me the quotes , Thanks again Broward County fence, I highly recommend them for everyone!!

BCF was fantastic from the start all the way to what could have been a painful end! Shiran was so helpful with every step in the process. She helped me navigate the various things we had to complete for the permit and inspections for the town in which we live. The crew showed up, on time and completed the job as it was outlined in the proposal. We have a good quality fence installation that our dog loves and keeps the pool safe with it's hardware.

Broward County Fence will NOT stand by the fences they sell and install if the fence is defective. I normally don't write reviews, but this really irked me. They installed my aluminum fence in 2019. By the second year, more than a dozen pickets became loose and a few of them detached from the bottom rail. Clearly, the fence was not properly assembled. I called Broward County Fence and after multiple calls, they finally sent a worker out. He fixed only the detached pickets but did not tighten the loose ones. When I complained, they promised to come back, but never did. Over time, more pickets became detached. After multiple calls and emails, I finally reached the owner, Brian Anderson, who wrote this: "We do not warranty the aluminum fence pickets. However AMD Supply LLC, where we purchased your fence, may warranty their product and pay the $375 to service your aluminum fence." I contacted AMD Supply who told me they need Broward County Fence to inspect and send them a report. After I informed Brian by email, this was his reply: "Your fence is 4 years old. You should pay to get it fixed. We offered you $350-$375 I can’t remember but nonetheless you should pay for the service. We are not sending anyone out there or spending anymore time on this!" (Btw, my fence is 3 years old.) I believe fence contractors should stand behind the fences they sell to their customers. And they shouldn't try to profit from repairing defective fences that are warrantied by their supplier.

This company did an excellent job and offered a great of customer service. Their pricing was reasonable, and their communication with this customer was very good. They are awesome.

Everything was good, they gladly took our money then it quickly went south! The hung the white, vinyl swinging gate to open the wrong way. So we now have holes in the vinyl frame poles which were not filled in. This has allowed insects/wasp to create a home. The project manager, Eric was extremely rude, condescending and over the top unprofessional. The installer got cement all over my historic 1976 Super Beetle. The owner was supposed to have the car detailed but that never happened. They finally sent a check for $100 to have it detailed. So if you was surly service, horrible communication and personal property damage this is your place!

We needed 78LF and of fence and two 5' gates for a house we just bought so the dogs can run free. Greg (sales) showed up on time and provided appropriate insights and education and provided a quote. We decided on pressure treated wood, 6' tall, modern horizontal fence. We checked a few other companies and BCF's price was on the low end of middle range and most reviews were good. The bad reviews had me worried. Spoiler: I had NO reason to worry. Once permit was approved, the job was scheduled within a week. Brandon (the PM) called and asked if they could install a day early, crew showed up with the correct materials and they were courteous even when I questioned every step (like I said, I was worried). At one point, the crew started to contour the fence on a slope instead of stepping it as planned. The crew called someone, then very quickly corrected that section. The fence looks great, the online invoicing was easy and the team communicated along the way. Was it a little more expensive that planned? Yes. Lumber prices are crazy right now. Did it take a little longer than planned? Yes, the City of Wilton Manors took longer than usual to approve the permit. Notes from picture - We didn't pay to have them landscape or stain - We have plans for this later after the wood cures. They will do a white glove landscape restore service if you want it.

It was as smooth a process as getting a fence can be! From the moment I called to get an estimate, throughout the permitting process, and the installation was the best part! 811 locates was scheduled before hand, the crew came out with their materials and concrete. They did'nt finish the install that day but they cleaned up great and although they hit a sprinkler line they cleaned it out and fixed it, but still let me know I should have this professionally serviced.

The fence install was ok but the crew willfully & knowingly broke my neighbor's sprinkler pipe without saying a word to me and now i have an upset neighbor and the cost of fixing the pipe to deal with. Also i had them demolish a side wall and they did an absolutely TERRIBLE job!! look at the picture. When i told them what their crew had done they "hid" behind the contract. B.S! If i had known they were going to break my neighbor's sprinkler I would have them do the install differently but the crew never said a **** word. I will NEVER rehire, recommend this dishonest company. Utter waste of money for this amateurish job/work. STAY AWAY!!!

Just touching base to let you know that I’m really impressed with the work on my pergola. Sergio and team did a great job and the pergola is very solidly built. I’m looking forward to having it stained in a couple months and I think the end result will be fantastic. Thanks to you and Roy Happy New Year to you as well

The company was beyond professional and helpful. They communicated very well and gave us a very fair price to perform the repair. Great people (from the person answering the phone- Chelsea- to the gentleman who actually performed the fix). Would definitely hire again!

Broward Fence installed a wood fence for us in Sept. 2017. At first I was impressed with Brian's responsiveness & professional demeanor, he showed up for our appointment on time and was prompt with an estimate that fell into the middle of the three we received from other contractors The day our project was scheduled to start we had heavy rain. I expected a cancellation, but the crew showed up and began the installation. In hindsight the job should have been postponed. Posts were put in crooked with nails sticking out, pickets were nailed into place on a slant, one entire section of the fence wobbled and was clearly not level. The fence was poorly constructed by an inexperienced crew. I spoke to Brian about all the above and was assured issues would be resolved. They did send men out several times to make fixes, but nothing short of rebuilding could properly fix this fence. I finally paid Brian another $900. to picket the interior of the fence because the exterior was so crooked. In Jan. 2018 I contacted Broward Fence expressing my concerns regarding appearance and stability. His partner Richard viewed the problems & offered to provide the labor, but wanted me to pay more money to fix their mistakes. I was told they would be in touch, haven't heard from them. It has cost me an additional $600 to have another company make repairs. Not a good experience, could not recommend this company. They also used the cheapest wood pickets which within weeks started to curl and pop off the posts. Paid $7,000 for the fence, Richard told me for that price I shouldn't expect better than what I got! Pictures tell the story. UPDATE August 2019. This week Aug. 2019 we had to hire a another carpenter to repair the fence Broward County Fence installed in Sept 2017. Due to poor workmanship and cheap materials the horizontal boards that run across the top of the fence were buckling and popping off. Many of the vertical slats also were detached from fence posts. The southeast corner of the fence which was installed crooked was an eyesore. The carpenter we hired is an advanced craftsman with 40 years experience in the custom millwork industry, he informed us Broward County Fence used yellow pine for the horizontal boards. This wood is not appropriate for this use & would be expected to cup up and curl. He also found the 12 foot long boards were nailed on with an average of 4 NAILs per board. Carpenter did a great job of working with the existing fence, strengthening and straightening. On top of the initial cost of the fence I now have roughly 3,000 in repairs due to poor job by Broward County Fence.

They were good about providing estimates. The installation took two days. The installers left an old post in the ground that we asked them to remove. They did not remove all the old posts, just cut them off at the ground. The left the old fence in our driveway for weeks. The put a post directly through a sprinkler pipe and did not tell us. We had an issue with the way they put the fence around two power poles in the back yard. We asked that they alter it to make it look better. Brian was very rude and sarcastic when we brought it up a second time when he returned to clean up some of the the issues from the original work. We paid the invoice in full, other than $500, asking that the final alteration be completed. Brian threatened to put a lien on our property. It is a strange way to do business, threatening your customers. Needless to say, we would not recommend Broward County Fence.

The fence looks great! Brian and his team completed the job in a day. They were very neat, on time and we had a fantastic result. Brian was very communicative and reachable throughout the project from contract signing, permit acquisition, start date, completion and final inspection. I would highly recommend Brian and Broward County Fence....bravo!

We knew the digging of the post holes would be difficult where we are located in Western Pembroke Pines. The job was originally scheduled for 2 days but took 3 3/4 days to complete. The crew worked very hard and left the ground as was agreed. Rain also was a issue. But the crews worked through it all and did a really good job. The vendor rectified any issues that did occur to our satisfaction. We would use them again if we had the need.
