Worst possible concrete company you could pay for. Will ream you out if you ask a simple question.

They failed to file the permit, but they didn't fail to file the notice of commencement, and then when I went to sell the property, it is holding up my sale because he never filed for it. When I called to ask why he did not file the permit 3 weeks after it had to be filed, he said the file was mixed up in a new customers file and he had a new secretary and he was going to call and let me know, but he wanted me to resubmit everything. They were very unprofessional, and I said that if he didn't file it by the end of the day, I would be forced to go with someone else, and he said I could go with whoever I want, instead of apologizing and saying that he will file it by the end of the day which is professional. At the end of the day when I checked, it had not been filed, so I wound up going with a black top instead, yet he had the notice of commencement that he has not released to this day and he didn't do the work. He was very unprofessional. He had poor follow up, I had to call him 4 or 5 times to find out the status of the permit, just to find out it had not been filed, and then he had and attitude with me because I was upset that it had not been filed, and then I had to call him to find that out. The price was good, it was the best price.  Even though it was the best quote, it wasn't complete, it didn't have the measurements like other people.

Business owner actually answered the phone when I made initial contact for an estimate, which I really appreciated. He called to confirm when meeting us to look over the project we wanted. Arrived on time. He was very thorough and answered all of the questions we had about the project. Our project was completed in a timely manner (despite it being the "rainy" season in South Florida) and exceeded our expectations. Following the actual work, a crew was sent and tidied up any remaining refuse from the project. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
