Aside from some lousy technician who gave wrong plumbing diagnosis and only cared about going home to watch a soccer game, customer service at this place is heartless at best and terrible in essence. The owner/president Cassandra Cordeno is an emotionally unstable individual and a sad excuse for a business director, who acted out of character and yelled at me nonstop because I was instructed to call her office on a saturday by one of her associates. Apparently and unknowingly to me, that was "a bad day". Called twice to the company phone (note: not her personal line even though the business claims to open 7 days a week) and got a returned call from the owner barking repeatedly "you called me TWICE on a SATURDAY! You knew I was sick! Give me a break!". No paying customer should be treated rudely and unethically for trying to reach the authorized party for a after-sale matter. People in business should know better to keep their personal life and emotions away from their professional dealings.
This company has no concern for customer care when it comes to small residential clients. It won't surprise me that they might not even have heard about "business ethics" or "corporate social responsibility" which is at the heart and soul of every business today, large and small. Every customer adds up, no matter how much the service renders at. No customer concern, big or small should be minimized and ridiculed just because it won't bring extra revenue or the customer is not trained to know the trade.
If you are a business customer, you might get some royalty treatment due to the size of your bill. For the majority of homeowners out there who occasionally get a plumbing issue, good luck if you can get your voice heard if not in their terms. Try to discuss something after you have paid or simply want to have a two-way communication, forget about it! It's either their way or no way. The owner not only feels entitled to be fanatically rude, she also thinks she is self-righteous.
