Brian did an excellent job. I've never had a Realtor that was so easy to work with. He very quickly grasped what we were looking for and was able to curate a list of properties that streamlined our search. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and what the real values of properties should be, and very connected in the real estate community to know what was available on and off market. He took all of the anxiety out of the due diligence and contracting. And he was so responsive. We never waited around for a response. He was on it right away and even if the answer took time, he kept us up to date on progress.

I highly recommend Brian Scharick for any real estate needs. He sold our townhome very quickly and the entire process was seamless with him. With anything that arose, he was always on the ball to resolve the issue. He was fantastic to work with and very easy going. We will definitely be using his services in the future!

WOW! Brian is an incredible realtor and such a caring person. He provided amazing service and immediate responses no matter what day of the week it was...phone/text/email - he was all over it. Brian provided excellent pricing guidance. He helped us prepare our home for market with excellent advice on cost effect updates and staging. He excelled at marketing our home with the use of professional photos, an amazing video (with drone footage) and a Matterport tour. Because of his effort we received several offers and were under contract in less than a week. Through Brian's amazing negotiating skills we sold for more than we were expecting. His efforts on our behalf did not stop once the contract was signed. He walked us through every step of the process and was only a phone call away when nerves needed soothing. Brian Scharick is an amazing realtor. I have worked with him for about 5 years and he just assisted with my 5th transaction, this time as a buyer.
