+ -1 moreThe owner Gary and his Corey are really top notch people. This family-owned business provides a level of trust and service than few companies offer these days. We have relied on them for routine service as well as AC failures and their responses and been, immediate, dependable, and affordable. I appreciate their honesty above all else, when we ‘thought’ we needed to replace our central AC, Gary was able to get us back up and running - but also informed us that our unit should last several more years, when he could have encouraged us to buy a new unit to make more money. That is why this review is 5 stars! -Brett and Sara

Has given me instructions to do maintenance myself over the phone to avoid a service call and gives suggestions to reduce repair bills and extend life of the AC.

+ -1 moreI had a very pleasant conversation with the owner. He gave some very good advice, but is not interested in taking on any additional work load.
Description of Work: Owner is close to retirement and does not want a lot of work. Most of his help as retired or moved away. I asked about an upgrade for my existing HVAC, but as a one-man operation, he is not interested.

Any time we've had a serviceman out, he has been courteous and professional. They are also very responsive and come quickly if the unit quits working properly.
Description of Work: They serviced and cleaned my central air conditioner. They put in new filters and checked all of the parts.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING ON WHAT WAS GOING TO BE A VERY HOT DAY. THAT WAY WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT ON THEM IN THE HEAT. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY NICE. HE GOT THE AC WORKING THAT DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
