AC unit was blowing warm air. Called this company on a Sunday. They had someone out in less than half-hour. Spent about 45 minutes on the ac unit outside. Told me to turn the unit on: Presto- it is running great now.

During the home buying process the home inspector wrote in his report that the Air Handler coils needed cleaning. When I mentioned this to our realtor (since I had heard that this could be an expensive job) he said that the inspector recommended it, but that it wasn't necessarily a job that needed to be done.

I called Joseph Block Air Conditioning Inc. in order to have the air handler coils cleaned. Rob, the technician who came out to our home was very professional and knowledegable. He noted that the tape that seals the area where the coils are housed had not been removed, meaning there hadn't been any recent access to the coils. Then when he checked the coils he found they were clean and commented that they must have been cleaned at some point in the past. All this brought to mind the realtor's statement and made me realize that the inspector had written dirty air handler coils in the report sight unseen. Rob then checked the whole system over. My experience using this company was wonderful. They provide excellent and honest service. Will be calling them soon to install a programmable thermostat.

He does excellent work. His prices are not cheap but fair. He comes when you call him; he is reliable. He usually comes the same day you call.
