Scott called me several times beforehand with updates on when my tile(which had to be ordered)would come in. We scheduled a time and he showed up promptly and began to set up. They were careful to protect my floors, even going to the trouble of putting a drop cloth under the stove before they moved it. They were respectful and very hardworking. I was particularly impressed because they mopped my floor before leaving! I wish they did more services besides tile and marble work, because they were everything I'd want in a contractor.
