Were a pleasure to work with and very trustworthy, they remodeled my interior home is so happy with the job which was a complete gut job and also need their architect and engineers. Our roof over the front stairs was slanting, the eaves, rafters and beams were showing termite damage that was originally just covered up. We needed a new roof and also wanted to install solar so we started looking around for a roofer/contractor. Most of the roofers wouldn’t take the job given the amount of termite damage and repair and other contractors were Two small to handle the different requirements, roofing, framing, electrical etc.. Sergio with BKR construction was able to provide all in one service which is the main reason why we selected them. Sergio also recommended a very good solar company that came in after the roof was completed and finish the job before year end. They replaced the termite damaged eaves, replaced some rafters that were partially repaired by the previous homeowner, replaced facia boards and gutters. They kept the attic very clean and thorough clean up afterwards. Tue Job took longer than expected with some rain delays, but overall We are extremely happy with the new roof and solar and how the job went! I would def recommend them to others who are looking for a roof.

We hired BKR General Contractors to REMODEL OUR ENTIRE HOUSE....and we are so HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE AND THE WORK HE PERFORMED. We will hire him in the near future. The work he did consisted of: 1. Expoxy Flooring or Garage 2. Installing Vynl Wood and tile floors 3. Assembling and installing chandelier and pendant fixtures, 4. Interior Painting of entire house and garage, which was neat, impeccable, and seamless, 5. Installing a custom home office 6. Updating our Bathroom 7. Repairing Wall Outlets 8. Repairing and Updating Kitchen 9. Repainting Stairs 10. Demo and Post-Clean Up and Removal of Excess Trash 11. Fixed a Leaky Faucet Mike Gonzalez and his BKR General Contractor team was hired in January 2023 to complete a single bathroom project. Because we were so pleased with his work, professionalism, communication, expediency, efficiency, and reasonable pricing we decided to hire him to complete all of the tasks mentioned above. The communication was next to none. He understands the value of great customer service. He kept us informed with delays or changes with the progress of the project, his team always showed up on time EVERY SINGLE DAY, and they managed to finish the projects well in advance of the projected timeframe of March 2023. His team maintained their professionalism and respect throughout the project processes. Mike went above and beyond his scope of work by assisting us with pickups/returns at home depot and floor and decor. He maintained a very positive attitude throughout regardless of any ask. He also made himself available at any time to answer any questions or provide guidance as necessary while we were purchasing materials for the house. Great customer service is seldom these days, and because of this great experience with Mike and his team, we have decided to make them our permanent general contractor for all future home projects. You won't be disappointed going with this company.
