I purchased antivirus protection for two computers, and downloaded it on one, but could never get it to download on the 2nd one. I sent them information they requested, and they were supposed to get back to me. I called them twice, and they just said that their team was reviewing the analysis that I ran off the computer and would get back to me. I told them that I took off everything I had on there, further directions of installing their stuff, and now I had nothing on it. I am not very pleased with them. I would tell people to avoid at all costs. The price for what I was supposed to get would be an A but the price for what I got was F.
