About us

Hello my name is Randy Green and i am a retired Sears service technician after 25 years. I do eveything myself answer phone, get parts, and make the repairs. I specialize in washer and dryer repair I left sears young enough to pursue a business the way i knew i could with a low overhead i can charge a fair price and always be on time and in touch with all customers as needed. Perhaps Im a bit old school but i do answer phone calls promptly

I sent him photos of the leaking area. He said it would be $120 to fix. He showed up the next day, with the part on his truck, and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Cost: $120. He also said my machine, which I thought I might have to replace, was quite durable and would "last forever." In other words, he assured me it was worth fixing. Since then, it has worked perfectly.

Awesome service!!!  Contacted James early Sunday morning, and he asked for a description of what was or wasn't happening. He immediately provided me with an estimate, and ETA that he can come over.
Called me earlier that the estimated arrival time and said he was able to come over, and he did an awesome job.
My dryer is working like new, it was exactly what he mentioned it might be, and I paid the estimated amount.
Will definitely recommend to others.

Randy Green was timely, and totally professional. He fixed our issue and gave us great guidance on some other issues. He did not ask for extra money although we were happy to tip him beyond his price. His price was totally fair. His service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend him in the area of washer - dryer repairs
