The company promptly responded to my request for an estimate and explained the process in the initial contact. The company was punctual, quick, attentive, communicative and honest. The company understood the tricky nature of this repair and worked to find the best solution.

Communication was excellent! From initial estimate, to job completion date, I was kept abreast of the schedule. The only surprises were pleasant ones, as when I discovered that Big Joe found two additional problem areas that need to be fixed. He fixed them for no additional charge over the initial estimate. The quality of the work was superb. The attention to detail was excellent. The clean up was thorough. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Big Joe to anyone needing stucco work, no matter how big or small. You can trust him to get the job done right!

After getting Big Joe's number from Angie's List, I called and spoke with Kim. She came out and gave us an estimate within a few days. Joe came out with a helper on time to do the repair as scheduled. He was extremely careful working on the roof, and completed the job without any damaging any tiles. They also took care to protect our stamped concrete walkway. When they were done you wouldn't have know anyone was there except for the beautiful job Joe did on the stucco. I am very grateful to Angie's List for helping me find these good folks, and I'm extremely pleased with our experience.

Joe and Kim were a pleasure to deal with. They came over when promised and were very communicative with our questions. Joe is a perfectionist and we were very pleased with the work. He is very thorough and did a wonderful job. He worked on our house for a few days with a helper and finished the job on time.

Removed wood banding around front window started and never finished by another contractor. Fixed all the damage. Put stucco on side wall where there were leaks. Repaired a crack on the roof. Man is not only an artist, he is neat. Received prompt response to all inquiries. Cannot sing their praises loud enough.

The bid was the middle bid of three we received to do the repair work. The company was prompt in coming out to make the bid, the company showed up and did the work in a neat, professional way on the agreed upon date, leaving the work area largely free of debris. Some minor additional work was done without hassling over additional charges. The company was very professional in how they presented themselves and even sent a thank you letter after the work was done.

They were quick to quote. They weren't the lowest bid, but they are licensed and insured, the low bid wasn't. Kim kept us updated on their scheduling changes due to weather and gave us her cell phone number for any concerns while the men were working. They were more picky and observant about the final touch-ups than we were, they knew what to look for and we didn't. The house looks great, even unpainted. This is the first time in 6 years of living in Florida where I have been satisfied with a contractors value and workmanship.
