We were having trouble with the computer, and the computer company told me that this should be done on my alarm system. When Benham Industries came out they said that they can do it, but it is a good thing to do if someone cuts the wire to your house, the alarm will still work with this addition they've put on. It wont help your computer at all. We like the idea that the alarm will still work when the electricity is off. I would use them again, I am sure. They've put the system in years ago, it is an old system - which they did servicing on. They are prompt when they come out and they are easy to get in touch with.
