I cannot recommend this company. Do not hire this company based on the prices they offer. They are low for a reason. They completely messed up the slope on the slab from the house to the grass. Very simple stuff most concrete companies can do. I have attached pictures of the MAJOR ponding on our brand new slab. Also, don’t pay them up front even though they say they require it. Once they get payment, they disappear and you are left with their terrible mistakes. They have avoided us even though we have reached out.

A few days later, the design started to chip! You could see the white concrete underneath. When they finally came back, the owners were demanding more money to fix it. We said we wouldn't. They yelled at us and the last thing they said was "F*** you!" and drove off. Someone did come back to paint it and it looks like a child did the work. They ruined a lot of shubbery and broke sprinkler heads.

The salesman, David came out and sold us on covering the driveway with an acrylic "stamped look" with color for our . We were concerned about the driveway chipping or cracking, but he assured us that they seal it and that would not happen. Origional job came out nice and was pretty, but we noticed it peeled off in certain spots in about a week. The installer, Peter, was very nice and gave me his cell number to call if we had a problem. After about 10 days we noticed spots that peeled. We called Peter and her returned to repair the damage. Appoximately two weeks later we had the same problem. We called Peter again, and he returned to fix it again. Within a few weeks we had the same problem, only this time, I called Beautiful Concrete to have them send a different technician repair it. They told me that Peter would have to be the one to return, since he did the job. Again, he returned to fix it. This went on for the next 3 times, but now we have the same problem, and the don'r respond at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Although the rock inspection passed the contractor altered the driveway after inspection making the original inspection invalid. They knew the rock base needed corrections but they called for inspection anyway to cheat the system and us. Yes we asked them to change the levels but we wanted them to correct them; not make them higher as they stated, they already placed 7 inches of sand how high did they want to go? They also placed pavers on dirt! which is not to any company?s standard or any city code and they knew it! Beside the fact that they failed final inspection based on the install that was suppose to be done to city code. They even came in the middle of the night and took permit off the job, even though the night before they were taking about changing out the boarder and making corrections. They stated they offered to fixed problems several times that?s all this company did was lie they would offer to fix things and delivery pavers but the fact is they never delivered. They took our money damaged our property and refused to make good on their fake offers.

"We are sorry that the members are not happy. However permit no. 0232-14-0010 and permit no. 0232-13-0020 both have passed the rock base inspections. The problem started when they wanted us to change the levels of the base after rock base passed. Of course they wanted to pay no more money to achieve this an do not have higher levels coming as part of their contract. We offered in writing and verbally several times to the members to reinstall pavers at the level the city requires and no higher. But normal city codes did not satisfy her. She wants more, more, more, again we would be glad to do pavers at normal levels to city codes only, at any time. Extra work above contract requires more money. However, after receiving our letter stating we would reinstall pavers, the members informed us that they applied for a change of contractor. Even their credit card company whom she charged back money on agrees with us and gave us back money she took by complaining to them, again and again. We would be glad to reinstall pavers at code levels only as to pass final inspection by the city, more than that requires more money."

They took out the old broken sidewalk and discarded it. They dug up the area and filled in the hole where the old septic tank had been dormant for decades. They stamped the concrete and covered with asher (green). It's gorgeous!! They also smoothed out the sides with soil. They did a unique design. (Unfortunately, the color and sealant came off in some areas when it was pressure cleaned. The BC is to follow-up).

First of all they subcontracted the work out. There were some problems with the work and we have not been able to get them back out to fix it. The finish they put on it has started cracking as well.

TERRIBLE. DECK PEALING, POOL UNEVEN. COMPANY HAS NOT ANSWERED REQUEST TO REPAIR. SEALANT ON DECK WAS ONLY ONE GALLON AND IS NOT SEALED SO UNABLE TO CLEAN PROPERLY. THERE ARE NO DRAIN HOLES IN THE CORNERS OF THE DECK. STAMPING UNEVEN AND MUCH MORE. I HAVE PAID 6,000.00 WITH 3,000 TO PAY. DOUGLAS CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND HAS NOT COMPLETED JOB.

I THOUGHT THAT EVERYTHING WORKED OUT REALLY WELL. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

THE CONCRETE HAS CRACKED IN SEVERAL PLACES. THE PAINTING HAS FADED SEVERELY. I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY TO GET THEM TO REPAIR OR AT LEAST REIMBURSE ME FOR THE LOW QUALITY OF WORK. THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED.

I WOULD TELL OTHERS NOT TO HIRE THEM TO DO ANY SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE POOR PROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY WERE LACKING KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR WORK.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD BUT THE END RESULT WAS BAD. SOON AFTER THE CONCRETE DRIED IT CRACKED. THEY WOULD NOT RETURN OUR CALLS, BUT THEY FINALLY ENDED UP REPAIRING THE CRACK.
