The very first time I called this company to inquire about their business, I spoke to someone who had no idea how the company works and whether they subcontract their services. I thanked him for his time and hung up. Later that afternoon, I received a call from the owner, Steve, apologizing and offering to answer any questions I had. After this conversation, I made an appointment for an estimate for multiple bathroom remodeling jobs. I never received a confirmation call, but didn't think anything of it since some companies do not do such. However, the day of the appointment, I received a call from Donald 6 minutes before the appointment, notifying me that he was unaware of the appointment and the gentleman who made the appointment 2 weeks prior was out of the office. I guess this company does not review their upcoming jobs the day before scheduled appointments. This lack of professionalism and lack of reliability is very helpful when it came to weeding out GCs for the jobs!
