Called asked for an appointment with a specific Vet and reminded them my dog is very scared of coming in. Not only did I have the same Vet, also the same tech who remembered her and handled her very well. The office manager is very nice also, as she came from the Pines blvd location and remembered me and my dog.

It is so amazing, that the entire staff feels like they are family. The bedside manner is wonderful. The improvement of life for our dog has been amazing. They have care plans/optimum care plans for your pets (office visits, vaccines, etc). These plans/prices are tailored to the pets needs based on their age/type. We have saved over $8,000 on our dog from their plans, packages, and care. They are also open 7 days a week, and have early/late hours for convenience for before and after work. They are very flexible with their scheduling of appointments. They have walk-ins available, as well. They give estimates prior to procedures, that way there's no pressure or surprise at the end. The Cheif-of-Staff (Sandra Siegel) there is wonderful, and has won multiple awards.

I have been taking my dog to them since I got him six months ago, and he has had all his vaccinations with them. Everything has been really good with them. I would recommend them to others. I have a plan with them, so I pay $25 a month for the first year as they have a lot of vaccinations and everything is included. Their pricing is a little high, but quality is really good. I would use them again in the future.

I have taken my dog here since he was a puppy and I am comfortable with the veterinarian on site. Since they are located inside Pets Mart, I can also do my shopping at the same time. The insurance plan is beneficial and cuts cost in half. Without insurance I would have had to pay 389 dollars and with only 115 that is a deal. They answer your questions and even call to make sure your pet is doing okay after any procedures. They have clean and friendly staff and they have a genuine love for animals.

I DON'T SEE JUST ONE VETERINARIAN, I GET A DIFFERENT ONE EACH TIME I TAKE MY DOG AND THEY'RE ALL GOOD, I'VE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. I DO FEEL THE WAIT IS TOO LONG.

THEY'RE A VERY AFFORDABLE COMPANY WITH A REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A GOOD PET DOCTOR. I COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE MYSELF.
