There are two doctors who work there and they have a great staff of veterinary nurses and aides. They are all very caring. I feel very safe leaving my dog there to have treatment.

They also handled putting down my West Highland White Terrier. They handled that situation with a great amount of tact and care. They were very honest and upfront with me about what needed to happen. She had a heart problem and a kidney problem and the doctor told me that to treat one would exacerbate the other issue. I asked what her quality of life would be like and the doctor told me that it would be very poor and she would be in pain the rest of her days. The doctor did advise that it was time to let her go after I inquired as to whether that should be the case.

I am on their Pet Wellness Plan. You pay a flat fee each month which includes two yearly visits as well as updates to any vaccinations. They have a number of plans to incorporate the needs of puppies, adult, and senior dogs.

They are close to home and they are inside the Pet Smart. They are very good on the price of their services, the quality of their work with our animals, their punctuality, their professionalism and their responsiveness. I think that they are too pricey but their price is less expensive than the place that we used to go to.

I would give them an A for everything and will use them in the future.
