One of my hobbies is treasure hunting. I like to go snorkeling and diving with my metal detector. I find a lot of interesting things and I brought a few pieces of jewelry into Bach Jewelers to sell. I already did a little research and had one piece appraised. I also had a few other quotes so I didnt go in there completely blind. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff and Andy came out and explained that he would be right with me as the store was just opening and he had to finish setting up. Well I only waited a couple of minutes and then Andy took a look at my jewelry and spent a lot of time with me going over every piece and explaining what he was doing and even let me take a look through his loupe. He offered what I thought was a very fair price for my jewelry and more importantly was a pleasure to deal with and a genuinely friendly guy. That goes a long way in my book. Everyone on staff gave off the same friendly vibe. I will definitely be back to see the crew at Bach Jewelers. Thanks guys.

Andy and Susan at Bach Jewelers are the best jewelers I've come across in a long time. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Every time I go there, they offer to clean and polish the jewelry I'm wearing, free of charge. Also, if they don't have something I like, they find a way to get it or make it. I recently wanted a setting for my fiance's engagement ring that he only had in 14k, and I wanted it in 18k. He happily ordered it and had it for me within days so I was able to have the ring for the weekend. They are also very fair on prices. They have earned a customer for life.

I was surprised at the quality of product and the value of the price.

I purchased a diamond in another country and the diamond later became loose in the setting. My wife took the ring to a very well established Jeweler in Coral Gables, Fl. and they quoted her $400 for same job that cost me $50 at Bach's. I found this jeweler on Angie's list and I am extremely pleased with the quality, knowledge,service and professionalism at Bach Jewelers. Living in South Florida it's not so easy to find honest, good and trustworthy people, fortunately there are still some around.

I had gone to a nationally known jeweler who was going to charge me 6 times more than Bach charged. They are incredibly honest. Another thing I love about them is they are established and gracious and respectful of everyone who walks in. It is a husband and wife that owns it and they are very knowledgeable in their craft.
