Fabio and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I was doing an addition to my home and wanted to also replace the AC unit. B&W came out first and ran the new duct so that I can pass my rough inspection while continuing to use the existing unit. Later I decided to do spray foam insulation which required perfect timing between the AC company and the insulation company. Fabio cleared his schedule and worked around the insulation company so as not to leave us without AC. B&W came out early just as promised and removed the old AC and duct work so that the existing area can be sprayed with insulation. Before hiring them, I checked all the company's on Angie's list and decided to go with them.I have no regrets and would strongly recommend them to anyone. Finally one thing I did notice is that they took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Ed from BW came out for each day that the city inspector was schedule to make sure that there would be no issues.

I called BW Air Conditioning because my air conditioner was not working. They came and determined that I needed another unit. It was very old and needed to be replaced. They gave me a price that was much less than other companies I had estimates for. I was impressed with their knowledge and inclusion of outlying factors that affect my home's environment beyond the compressor and air-handler like airflow and noise.  The technicians are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They have many products for every budget and explain everything in detail. They also do whole home assessments and energy audits. Within one day they installed the A/C unit in a timely manner. BW A/C was just a pleasure to work with.  I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

After being completely burnt by another local AC company, I called Ed at BW Air on the recommendation of a close friend. I explained to Ed how the other AC company burned me and left with my AC not working at all in the middle of summer. My house was over 90 degrees inside and I have kids. Ed took my call immediately and was at my house within a couple hours. After a thorough inspection of my old AC, he confirmed what I already knew. I needed a new AC. He left and called shortly after with a quote on a new AC system for my house. Not only was his price fair, it was better than every other company I checked. With that said, I gave him the go ahead and at 7pm, he came back to the house so we could sign some papers and had us approved for financing immediately. On top of all that, his crew showed up at 8AM the very next morning, removed my old unit and very professionally installed the new unit. My house was at 70 degrees by 3 in the afternoon. I would highly recommend calling Ed at BW Air the next time you need anything done with your AC!!

They know A/C like the back of their hands, they are responsive, reasonable-and treat you very professionally.  I would highly recommend them in a second. Get the premium response service if you unit is older than 5 years and you will never regret it as they are there quickly and get it fixed!
