He is a great and honest worker. He is a young guy but is really an old style hard worker. He worked on a kitchen a little bit and also did my patio screen. He really did a great job out there. I think his primary work is doing patio screens but he also seems to do just about anything. He also did some painting although I don?t think he likes to do that. He did some tile work and floor work, changed some cabinets around, added some molding and took down the old style drop ceilings and gave me a great ceiling in the kitchen with some lighting in there. I had a recommendation for someone else to come and do my screen a couple of years after we had been hit by the hurricanes here. Two guys came in to start work. They worked for about 50 minutes and said that they couldn?t do it. I have these roll-ups in front of the screens, and they said that they would have to take the roll-ups down, put up new roll-ups and tear down concrete. I got Octavian to come in. He said that he didn?t have to take down the roll-ups. He did the work by himself, which I was absolutely amazed by, and did it at a very reasonable cost. I can?t think of anything negative to say about him. Anytime he said he was going to be here, he was here. Anybody who uses Octavian will absolutely not be disappointed - the only disappointment that may come about is if he is not available.
