The team that came to clean the windows was professional, punctual, and friendly. I also appreciated how responsive the company was during the sales process and told me “We do not use Clorox. We use purified water system. All Eco friendly. It removes hardwater from rain, sprinklers”. However, during the actual service, I noticed that some hard water stains were not removed. This was disappointing, especially since I wasn't made aware ahead of time that certain stains might remain. It’s something that should definitely be communicated clearly during the sales conversation to help manage expectations. After I raised the issue, the owner Renato had the team apply a special solution aimed at treating the stains. While this helped improve the appearance very slightly, it still didn’t fully resolve the issue. Overall, while the team was professional and the company was responsive. I was left underwhelmed by the results and the need for extra follow-up. My disappointment has nothing to do with the team that came out to clean my windows they are amazingly friendly and tried their best with the tools provided by the company. I hope the company owners consider revising how this is communicated to future clients to ensure an honest and satisfactory experience.

This time the service was not up to par with the previous ones. It’s because of the worker named Rodriguez that the company sent. He cleaned the window glass alone but not the screen or not even wiped the frames..still saw cobwebs in some..I have to call the office to mention it so he has to do it but was not an issue with past services probably because it was a veteran employee. The pressure cleaning was not even better. He selectively brushes areas instead of the whole so it looks only those brushed were cleaned. The worst part he left the dirt to settle at the end of the driveway that meet the street. I like the service but not with this particular person.

I will definitely use this service again in the future. Angel F was the technician that took care of my windows. He did an excellent job and made sure my windows looked almost new. The price was reasonable and worth every cent. I am totally impressed with the quality and professional workmanship. The customer service representative was also helpful and courteous over the phone. This Company demonstrated great interpersonal skills and value their customers. Thank you for a job well done!

Bad service. Windows not cleaned well. Sloppy work. Left their dirty towels in my house and outside my home. Scheduling was unprofessional. They missed prev date and late on rescheduled date. Set my work schedule off to lose income. They didn’t care when I told them.

Will definitely use Atlamtic again. Great experience and quality work for a reasonable price.

Good: Great price for all that was received. He was very nice. Bad: He wore his shoes thru the house, was outside in dirt & grass in/out yuck. Also dripped dirty water on floors then stepping in it. Had to sweep & mop when he left.

My windows are finally clean! I hired Sabrina's to clean my 2-story house. The outside windows had not been cleaned in almost thirty years. They advised me to get them pressure cleaned first to remove excessive grime, cobwebs, and leaves. After I got them pressure cleaned, Sabrina's contacted me to schedule an appointment to clean the windows inside and out. They kept in touch with texts and emails to confirm the appointment and arrived as scheduled. The worker was thorough and took his time making sure the windows were clean. He was polite and professional. I am really happy with the company and job and highly recommend them.

They always do a fine job. This time, however, I decided to pay extra to have my outdoor lights cleaned. (i.e. coach lamp, front porch lamp, and 2 lamps on either side of my garage). I was very disappointed that only the outside of the lamps were wiped down. The insides were still buggy and dirty. In the future, I'll just stick to having my windows cleaned.
