We contracted with Appliance Doctor to replace our Samsung washer suspension set, Three weeks later the same problem reoccurred. We called AD on Thursday, but he said he was on vacation til Monday. Several calls from my wife on Monday morning went unanswered. When I called using a different number he picked up. Said he couldn't give us a date when he could come back, had to "prioritize" his calls. Now we are faced with hiring a different repair person. We may be out the $309 we paid this guy (checking with my atty on this). Stay away!

"Well, we all know that no matter how hard you try it is impossible to make everyone happy approximately a 3% to 5% of customers that are totally unreasonable and nothing can be done about it. This customer was informed that it would be a couple days before we get to them because of vacation and meanwhile ( THEY COULD STILL USE WASHER WITH SMALLER LOADS ) we assured them they had nothing to worry about we would resolve the problem with the washer under warranty but the wife kept constantly sending txt and leaving messages When we got back the husband called and I told him I would get to them within 24-48 hrs and when we called them about 36 hours later to take care of the problem she texted me back and said they had already taken care of it."

I called Appliance Doctor yesterday to repair my broken dishwasher and replace the cracked cover assembly on refrigerator. Raul came out today and was absolutely fantastic. After installing the new cover assembly that I supplied he found it was not working properly and had to remove so we can return. After it was removed he checked and was able to repair the new cover assembly so it could be used. He then diagnosed our dishwasher issue and repaired it. We are extremely happy with the services provided. Raul was professional, friendly, patient and efficient. We will be using him again! Thank you!!

Raul arrived and promptly got to work. Appreciated his candor and honesty in addressing the issue. Very methodical, like a Doctor, in trying to figure out why our freezer was not working. A+
