I have contacted the company via phone and email. Very unprofessional! They can't answer questions, was disconnected several times and they refuse to refund our annual payments made in February, 2012. They claim they never held our domain registration which shows me they are a very unorganized and unprofessional company. I have the receipts to prove they did charge for hosting and domain renewal since 2001.
Description of Work: We signed up with this company approximately 2001 for internet hosting and domain registration for two different websites. Each year we make two payments, one for each account for annual renewal of hosting and domain registration. Today I found out we no longer have the two domains we've have for about 11 years. This company claims our annual payment does not include domain renewal which is not correct. Maybe they changed their policy but we were never made aware of this. Bottom line, DO NOT use this company for hosting and especially domain registration. Our business that has been online since 2001 with good rankings with the major search engines, no longer exist.
