chimney caps
 + -1 moreI called to inquire about a new chimney cap. First off, the phone was answered with just a "hello". After I established I had the right number, I started to ask some questions. It was like talking to an irate man in a nursing home. He started berating me for asking questions and proceeded to go on and on about how people want information and the cost of gas to come out, etc. I finally hung up the phone.
Description of Work: I would not use this company's services based on the unprofessional and unpleasant phone experience.
