Description of Work: West Way replaced the clutch, clutch master cylinder, and axle boots. The place has cars parked all over the place. There's barely enough room get another car in for service. A few days later, I noticed fresh oil spots on the driveway under my car. I took the car back to them, and they charged me another $88 to replace a seal and add oil. This was in April. In September, the clutch started acting up again. I took the car back to them, and they found a faulty clutch master cyclinder. They covered the cost of the faulty part, but charged me another $89 to install it. I hope that they used a better part this time. They seem to know what they're doing. It seems like the place could be kept a little cleaner and neater. My car is a '96 - maybe that has something to do with my experience with them, but I most likely won't use them again

+ -1 moreThey are very knowledgeable, very friendly and they are not going to nickel and dime you. They are not going to scam you like other places will. If they tell you something is wrong and needs to be fixed they are being straight with you. They aren't going to come up with something or try to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed.
Description of Work: I take my car to WestWay and was last there for a routine maintenance.
