This was my first experience hiring a contractor off the list and I am elated! Recently, I have had so many frustrating experiences in an attempt to hire a number of contractors. This experience has served to restore my faith that there are good contractors in south Florida. From the timely response to my initial inquiry to the completion of the work, everything went well. The closet is well-designed, highly functional and maximizes the limited space. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations and the versatility of the shelving (i.e. placement) is an added bonus.

Great! Perry is like no other. He is truly concerned that his clients are happy and will bend over backwards to make that happen. The time he puts into designing the closets is unbeleivable. He personalizes his work and seems to know what the cleint wants/needs. His installers are prompt and do very good work. When we could not figure out how to move the bars in our new closets, Perry sent his guys out right away. He is all about producing a great product and making his clients happy. You will not be disappointed in American Built-In Closets!

The designer came to our home, looked at the closet and produced the design layout during his initial visit. He had us make a list of everything that we were going to put in the closet. He looked at our wardrobe and took a shoe count. Other companies were charging the same price for prefabricated materials of lesser quality.

Everything was done promptly and professionally, including showing up when promised, completing the job in one visit, and cleaning up afterwords. They removed my old wire shelves and took them away and created a spacious new closet for me.

Perry took my sketch and measurements and suggested a design to maximize efficiency. His price was much lower than other quotes, and he was able to install it in less than a week. His installers were pleasant and cleaned up after. Perry called to follow up to make sure that I was pleased with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do built-in closets!

Both Perry and his installers were professional and fast. I am getting another quote from Perry next week on another property.

A design was drawn. Installation was just as promised. He is very reliable, clean and priced very well. I feel that he is trustworthly and stood behind his work. The closets were installed over a 5 year period. First the 2 walkins, then the bedroom closet in 2006. When there was a problem 2 years after the first install, company came out and repaired at no charge. I would recommend to anyone.
