These people are the worst, I dropped off my clothes and a month later they shut down (because of COVID I couldn’t pick up my clothes right away). I tried reaching out several times and now one answered the phones, I showed up to the location (they were obviously not there) then several months later (7 months) I receive a text stating that they are delivering clothes so I write back trying to get my clothes back ($1000 worth of clothing) and they say all items were delivered when they shut down the store which is a lie because if they were I would’ve received my items. I have text proof of the conversation I had with the “business owner” if you can even call them that. I have my own business and I would NEVER speak to a customer the way this person spoke to me for something that is their fault (shutting down a store and not properly returning all the items). I would not recommend them to anyone unless you never want to see your clothes again. It’s no wonder these people are shutting down locations left and right.
