This was a horrible experience. We were told that we were being charged more because wheel barrel service was needed to get the materials to our back yard because of soft grass and a truck canno back up to our back yard or it will get stuck. They did not use the wheel barrel and got two trucks stuck and destroyed the grass in the common area and they had to fix all the damage which they did. Next we had some rain after the patio was done and all the sand leaked out from the bottom and the pavers collapsed when we walked out on them. There is still a section that is not fixed where the concrete wedge was not done correctly and sand is coming out. My husband went back and for with Jonathan who told us to put dirt there and we will be fine or to call his dad Carlos the owner. I left Carlos a message and he never called me back. Once they got their money they did not care about fixing their mistakes. The owner Carlos never called back. Do not waste your time with this company, find someone else.

Amazing Pavers went above and beyond to completely transform our backyard into our own private resort! Gorgeous white marble tiles and a massive 18'x40' sports style pool. They have an awesome work ethic, very professional, friendly and reliable. We did not run into any problems during construction. everything went so smooth and my pool is being filled as I write this review! Only one more week or so and it's finished!! I can't wait to spend my weekends in my beautiful backyard having BBQ's and swimming in this amazing pool they built for me. You know when you have a vision of what you think your perfect backyard will look like? These guys took my vision and made it reality. I couldn't be more thankful or happy with everything they've done. Thank you so much! Here are some pictures but I will post more after everything is done!

Excellent from the beginning to the end. The project was worry free.

Horrible! They don't come or show up when appointments are scheduled. After only four months, all of the paint started chipping away. The owner, Carlos, kept giving us excuses and stating it wasn't his fault. He stated that he would recommend that we wait a year, then he would come back and repaint after all of the current paint chipped off and start again but we would have to pay for the materials. This man was from our church and still treated us terribly. I would never hire or recommend this guy again.

I recently hired Carlos of Amazing Pavers (Pembroke Pines) and his team to redo my pool patio area and also replace the tile and ‘diamond-brite’ in our pool. All of his workers were friendly and efficient, getting the job done in an acceptable time frame, as promised. Not only was the workmanship on both the pool and patio extremely professionally done – Way more important to note is that the travertine pavers were installed when I was out of town. Upon my return, I saw that the wrong shade had been delivered and installed! Without batting an eye, Carlos had his crew come back and remove over 1000 square feet of pavers, truck them back to his distributor, and reinstall the right color!!! I doubt any other company would have done so without a fight. I highly recommend Amazing Pavers to do your job – they will do it right and they will do it beautifully.
