Window Treatment Service
I previously used this provider in 2012. This time it has not gone well, deposit paid on 7/2/16. Despite numerous phone calls, as well as calls to Hunter-Douglas customer service, the product was never delivered. Numerous excuses such as 'my order stolen from his truck', and a 'new baby' have for some reason prevented delivery of the product or refund of the deposit. Complaints filed with Hunter-Douglas (not useful), BBB, as well as Florida Agriculture Department Consumer Protection. Please note that further investigation turned up that this company did not file any corporate return with the State of Florida after 2013.
